The OPPO Find X8 Ultra was one of the most powerful and anticipated Ultra flagships of 2025. Unfortunately, it never launched in the global market. Instead, the Find X8 Pro made its way overseas. Anyway, the company has started preparing for the release of the OPPO Find X9 Pro and X9 Ultra, whose key specifications have been leaked ahead of the launch.
The OPPO Find X9 Ultra to sport a powerful quad rear camera
Popular tipster, Digital Chat Station, has leaked some of the key specifications of the OPPO Find X9 Ultra. As per the source, the device will pack a huge 6.8-inch OLED LTPO panel with 2K pixel resolution. It would make use of a flat panel, and not the quad-cured panel that’s currently a trend in the industry.
The Find X9 Ultra will have a quad rear camera setup with a dual periscope camera. The primary one would be of 200 megapixels in resolution, with a sensor size of 1/1.1-inch. One of the periscope cameras will use a 1/1.3-inch sensor. Details about the secondary periscope camera and the other remaining camera are not revealed yet. The device is said to pack a 7,000mAh battery.
The Find X9 Pro leak reveals larger battery, but triple camera setup
The top-of-the-line OPPO Find X9 Ultra might not launch in markets outside of China, as always. However, the Find X9 Pro is expected to launch in more markets, and its latest leak reveals some interesting findings. It would pack a 6.78-inch flat OLED LTPO panel with 1.5K pixel resolution. Moreover, the display will have a refresh rate of 120Hz. It’s going to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset.
Now, coming down to the cameras, it would pack a triple-rear camera setup. The primary wide-angle camera will use a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-828 sensor. Furthermore, the ultrawide camera will use the 50-megapixel Samsung JN5 sensor. Last but not least, the periscope camera utilizes a 200-megapixel Samsung HP5 sensor with 3X optical zoom.
The Find X9 Pro leak suggests a 50-megapixel selfie camera (JN5 sensor) with autofocus support will be included. It is also said to feature a 2-megapixel color/flicker camera on the rear. This camera was first debuted with the Find X8 Ultra. Finally, as for the battery, it would pack a slightly larger 7,500mAh battery with 80W wired and 50W wireless charging support.
